Mix powdered sugar, egg whites, a little mint oil and water until smooth. Spread the mixture to a height of approx. 2 mm on baking paper and freeze. Then cut into 5×5 cm sheets, freeze again and pull through the melted MANNER couverture.

Drain well on a wire rack and place again on a baking paper so that the flakes can be lifted off better later.
