Ribbon noodles in boiling salted water form and make 8 min. Put the tomatoes in boiling water for a short time, rinse in cold water, peel, remove the stalks and cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut ham into cubes.

Whisk eggs with whipping cream and season with salt and pepper. Rinse and dry the chives and parsley and chop.

Grease a shallow ovenproof dish, fill with a layer of tomato slices and sprinkle with chives, pepper, salt and parsley. Form half of the ham cubes on top. Layer the pasta and the remaining tomato slices with the ham cubes and sprinkle the kitchen herbs on top. Spread the egg-cream mixture evenly over the top.
