A great noodle dish for any occasion:

1. pour boiling hot water over the glass noodles and soak.

In the meantime, remove the peel from the shallots, chop them and fry them in hot oil. Add the minced meat and roast until brown and crumbly.

Rinse the tomatoes and cucumber and dice them. Clean the chiles, remove the seeds and cut into small rings. Mix everything with minced meat and shrimps. Cut the glass-noodles into pieces about 4 cm long with scissors and fold them into the lettuce.
