Instructions:

Sauté finely chopped onions and tomatoes in hot oil. Add the dry rice and cook until golden brown. Add the water and let the long grain rice swell on low heat.

As a last step, add the fish cut into small pieces, sprinkled with the juice of a lemon and make the soup for another 10-12 min.

Season with salt, white wine and parsley.
