Instructions:

Chop onions, peppers into strips, zucchini into slices, peel tomatoes and cut into cubes. Brown meat in light butter, press garlic into it. Add the vegetables to the meat and sauté briefly. Then pour the beef broth, season strongly with basil, oregano, salt and freshly ground pepper and make 15 minutes. Add the pasta, let it boil again, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper and bring to the table sprinkled with chives.
