Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan. Add the shallots and sauté until soft and translucent, about 2 minutes. Add the grapes and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the cinnamon sticks, espresso, red wine and honey, stir for 2 min and remove from the heat. Add the vinegar and butter to the frying pan and stir until the butter melts.

Bring to the table warm. Makes 2 to 4 servings as a side dish.
