A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Separate onion from skin and finely chop. Separate the garlic clove from the peel and chop finely. Separate pumpkin from peel and chop into small pieces.

Steam onions and garlic in olive oil, add pumpkin, raisins and chestnuts. Sprinkle with spices. Pour the vegetable bouillon and white wine, simmer at low temperature until the pumpkin and chestnuts are soft.

Cook the spaghetti al dente on the stove, drain. Mix with the chestnut-pumpkin greens.
