Instructions:

Season leg of kid with salt and season with pepper. Brown in the oven until it has a nice color, then add chopped carrots, onions and tomatoes. Add wine, boil and add two glasses of water and brown.

When it is done roasting, remove leg from the stove and cook a sauce from the surrounding ingredients. Refine this sauce with herbs, pour over the meat and bring to the table together with roast potatoes.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
