For the baked stilton dumplings, mince the leftover stilton.
Mix with the egg and breadcrumbs. Season to taste with the spices.
Form small dumplings from the mixture and freeze in the freezer. Then coat the dumplings in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil until they float.
Serve the baked stilton dumplings with sauerkraut or salad.
