For the milk soup, whisk sour milk with cream. Stir milk, egg and flour until smooth and then stir into the sour milk.Bring approx. 1/4 l water to the boil. Whisk in whisked milk and also continue to boil. Boil for about 5 minutes and stir in vigorously with a whisk.pass the milk soup if necessary and season with salt.
