The great thing about the Bacon Bomb is the bacon mesh. It looks stunning and is actually super easy to make. Just follow our step-by-step instructions.

Once the net is ready, prepare the minced roll.To do this, mix the minced well with the barbecue seasoning and then lay it flat on a kitchen board. Sprinkle BBQ spice over it once more. Sprinkle the finely chopped gherkins, the bacon chips, a little BBQ sauce and finish with cheese.

Now roll up the mince into a nice roulade and rub it again with BBQ seasoning.

Place on the bacon net and wrap in it.

Coat the finished Bacon Bomb once again with BBQ sauce and let the whole thing marinate for a few hours or overnight.

Prepare the grill for indirect heat and grill the Bacon Bomb at approx. 150 °C for one hour with the lid closed.

Once the Bacon Bomb has reached a core temperature of about 75 °C, you can enjoy it!
