Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer over low heat for about 10 min. until mixture thickens.

Cool. Then crush.

Prepare in ice cream maker as directed. Place in freezer.

If ice cream maker is not available: freeze until mixture is firm. Beat into chunks, stirring quickly in a chilled baking bowl until mixture is creamy. Return to freezer.

Remove from freezer about 15 min before serving to allow ice cream to soften a tiny bit.
