Instructions:

Fill the frozen strawberries in a large enough bowl. Sugar, sprinkle with brandy and infuse.

Prepare a pudding with milk, 50 g sugar and vanilla pudding powder. While the pudding is cooling, stir occasionally.

When cool, mix with curd cheese, 50 g sugar and stiffly whipped cream and pour over the fruit mold.
