Sift the flour into a large enough bowl, make a well in the center, then pour in the yeast and stir with the milk and sugar. Go.

Then mix the curd with water until smooth, add this amount with salt to the flour form and now knead the whole thing heartily until the dough separates from the baking bowl.

Dust with flour and leave in a warm place with the lid closed for 45 min. Knead again, shape into a loaf, brush with water, score lengthwise and rise for another 15 min.

Place on a greased baking tray, dust the sides lightly with flour and bake in a heated oven for about 30 minutes.
