For the strawberry lemon gugl, grease and flour two molds of 18 each (or one mini gugl mold + 6 muffins). Heat the oven to 160 °C convection oven.

Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Stir in salt, the pulp of the vanilla pod and the eggs. Then stir in the flour and baking powder. Finally, stir in the yogurt and the juice and zest of a lemon.

Pour the dough into a freezer bag and cut off the top. This way you can easily fill the small molds. Then bake for about 25 minutes until they get a little color (depending on the size and the stove, the baking time may vary a little, test with chopsticks).

Remove from the mold and let cool. In the meantime, mix 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener. Clean the strawberries and cut them into nice pieces for decoration.

Finally, melt the white chocolate. Use a piping bag to pipe the whipped cream into the cavities of the Mini Gugls. Then drizzle lemon glaze and white chocolate over the top and place a strawberry on top.
