A great spinach recipe for every taste:

Clean spinach, rinse thoroughly and drain. Remove the skin from the onions and dice finely. Cut spinach leaves into one centimeter wide strips. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté onions. Add turmeric and sauté for half a minute. Add the spinach, fill with water and cook for about five minutes until the spinach is soft. Pour into a colander to drain and cool.
