Wash, clean and halve strawberries. Cut doughnuts into slices about 1.5 cm thick.

Mix Cremefine, vanilla sugar, sugar and eggs in a bowl with a whisk to a homogeneous cream.

Place the doughnuts and strawberries alternately in a baking dish, pour the cream over them and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven 155°C) for approx. 30 minutes.
