Instructions:

For the Waldorf salad, first peel the celery and apples and cut into very fine strips. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Chop walnuts (leave a few for garnish). Mix mayonnaise with yogurt, salt and pepper. Gently mix the dressing with the remaining ingredients. Allow the salad to stand well.

Decorate the Waldorf salad with the remaining walnuts.
