Wash and quarter the strawberries. Place in a bowl and marinate with strawberry liqueur, Grand Marnier, powdered sugar and grated orange zest. Pour into decorative glasses. For the cream, mix the mascarpone with honey, orange zest and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip the cream and fold it in. Spread the mascarpone cream on the strawberries. Put biscuits in the glasses and garnish with mint.
