Mushroom Pie

Ingredients for 6 people:


Mix finely diced bread with whipped cream, eggs, salt and pepper. Dice onions and sauté until translucent. Cut mushrooms into slices and add. Sauté while turning. Cool down a bit. Roughly grate cheese. Grease a loaf pan (1 1/2 quarts) and line with 4 slices of breakfast bacon. Cut the remaining bacon into very fine strips and mix with the remaining ingredients, fill in. Cook in the oven in a hot water bath at 200 °C for about

45 minutes.
