For the cinnamon apple cream, beat half-fat cream until stiff. Roughly grate the peeled, cored apples and marinate with the lemon juice and vanilla sugar.

Whip the QimiQ-Vanilla until smooth and unrefrigerated. If you forgot to take it out of the refrigerator in time, pour into a bowl and microwave at 600 W for 25 – 30 sec.

Add the apple mixture with about 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, stir in the whipped cream. Pour everything into glasses and refrigerate.
