For the oatmeal apple tart, peel and thinly slice the apples.
Lightly toast the oat flakes in the butter, then mix in 3 tablespoons of honey. Beat the eggs with 15 dag honey, lemon juice, lemon zest and cinnamon.
Fold the toasted oatmeal and 1 tsp. breadcrumbs into the thickly beaten egg mixture. Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan and spread the apples on top.
Spread the second half of the dough on top and bake the oatmeal-apple tart in the oven at 180°C for approx. 45 minutes (lower rack).
