Instructions:

Roughly chop unpeeled almond kernels. Make a dough with all remaining ingredients in a bowl and form 4 rolls (approx. 17 cm). Bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cool the sticks a little bit and carefully cut them into slices about 1 cm wide.

Bake again for about 5 minutes until crispy.
