Instructions:

Make eggs hard. Drain celery, hominy and pineapple well. Dice ham, peeled apples and eggs. Cut celery and pineapple into small pieces. Rinse leek well and cut into very thin rings. Mix yogurt and mayo, season a little if necessary. Layer the ingredients in the following order in a shallow rectangular baking dish: Ice cubes, diced ham, celery, hominy, pineapple chunks, apples, and half of the leek rings.

Use a spoon handle to poke several holes in the layered salad, without mixing the ingredients (to infuse). Pour the yogurt mayo sauce over the top and garnish with the remaining leeks.

Leave the layered salad in a cool place to infuse for 24 hours!!! (Very important).

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will add a wonderful touch to your dish!
