For the millet salad, prepare the millet according to the basic risotto recipe, especially grainy. Mix cooked carrot cubes, peas and diced gherkin with it.

Make a sauce with oil, lemon juice, mustard, apple syrup, salt, pepper and some garlic powder and mix it with the vegetable millet.

Allow to marinate well.
