Make the pasta al dente in salted water, rinse and cool.

Rinse the carrots, remove the peel, cut into 1/2 cm cubes and make in salted water 3-4 min, add the frozen peas, bring everything together to a boil and cook until tender in another 4-6 min. Quench, drain and cool.

Peel the meat sausage, remove the skin from the onion and apple, core the apple and cut everything together – like the cucumbers – into 1/2 cm cubes. Mix all the prepared ingredients together with the hominy.

Mix mayo with yogurt, tomato ketchup and a little cucumber juice (from the jar) and season with pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cayenne pepper, honey and curry. Mix into the leaf lettuce and loosely fold in the peeled, coarsely chopped eggs. Let the lettuce stand for an hour. Then season again.

If the noodles have absorbed a lot of liquid, simply : add a dash of the cucumber juice or a little milk.
