For the blueberry crumble muffins, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the paper cups in the muffin tray.

In a small bowl, mix the milk, eggs and vanilla pulp.

In a second bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and add the small pieces of butter. The mixture should look coarse-grained. Set aside a cup of it for the streusel.

Carefully stir the blueberries and lemon zest into the flour mixture. Then gently fold in the egg mixture. Quickly pour the batter into the paper pans.

For the streusel, pour the melted butter over the remaining flour mixture, mix with a fork until coarse and sprinkle over the muffins.

Bake the blueberry streusel muffins on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
