For turkey strips, heat the clarified butter in a large frying pan. Finely chop the onions and sauté until golden brown. Cut the turkey meat into bite-sized pieces and fry as well.

Season with salt, pepper and herbs de Provence and add plenty of water. Let it boil down and stew. Wash the rice and fry in a little oil.

Add water, salt and bring to the boil. Turn off and let stand covered – do not stir!

Now stir the cream cheese into the reduced sauce of the cutlet, so that it becomes nice and creamy. Season if necessary.
