Instructions:

Stir yolks, curd sugar, lemon zest, pudding powder. Cut bananas into pieces, sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Whip the egg whites until stiff, brown the sugar and oat flakes in a frying pan, fold into the curd mixture and pour into a greased pan.

Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 45 minutes.
