Cream butter with sugar until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla sugar and ground hazelnuts. Mix flour with baking powder and incorporate, mix in milk and add chopped hazelnuts.
Grease a large cake springform pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (U: 160 degrees /G: level 2-3). Pour the dough into the pan and bake for about 40-50 minutes. Cool the cake, remove from the pan and cut in the middle.
Spread the bottom layer with fiprikosenmarmelade and put the lid on one more time.
3. for the icing: melt butter with 150 g of cooking chocolate, brush the top and sides of the cake with it, place a small marzipan bunny and corotte alternately on the cake pieces and place the large marzipan bunny in the center of the cake. 4. scrape remaining cooking chocolate with kitchen knife and shape chocolate chips in center and around edge. Sprinkle green sugar pearls in between if you like and dust with a tiny bit of cocoa powder.
