For the apple tart with cream glaze, prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, powdered sugar and egg yolks. Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour.

Then peel apples and cut into small pieces. Line tart pan with dough and raise a rim. Spread dough with apricot jam and arrange chopped apples on top.

Mix granulated sugar, cinnamon and cornflour and spread everything over the apples. Finally, divide 1 cup of cream over it and spread it. Bake the apple tart with cream glaze at 180°C degrees.
