Mix milk and eggs until smooth, fold in flour, chopped parsley and salt.

Heat fat in suitable frying pan, pour off excess fat.

Pour the dough in a thin layer all over and bake on both sides until golden brown. Repeat this process until the batter is used up.

Cut the cooled pancakes into narrow strips and serve the fritters in any soup.
