For the pear porridge dip, peel the pears, quarter, core and cut into rough cubes. In a small pot, steam the pears with 2 tablespoons of water, the vanilla sugar, the honey and the lemon juice for 4-5 minutes.

Then mash very finely with a fork, fold in the olive oil and pour the pulp into a small jar with a screw cap. Refrigerate overnight.
