Instructions:

For the baked sheep cheese, cut the cheese into 2 cm wide strips and coat with flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Wash lettuce, divide into pleasing pieces, marinate with vinegar, salt, pepper and oil.

Fry the feta cheese in the oil until it floats. Arrange lettuce on plates, quarter tomatoes and place on top of lettuce. Spread onion strips on top.

Carefully crack eggs one by one into a pan and fry until the edges are nice and crispy.

Then add to the feta cheese on the plate. Put tzatziki on a lettuce leaf and decorate the baked sheep cheese with an olive.
