For the Bacon Bombs, pound the pork schnitzel thin, season and coat the entire surface with mustard. Remove the skin from the overcooked bratwurst and wrap it around the schnitzel.

Intertwine the bacon strips and wrap the cutlet with them. Make sure the “seam” of the cutlet is in a different place than the seam of the bacon.

Sear quickly on charcoal grill all around over embers. Then place slightly next to the embers and turn every so often. The Bacon Bomb needs to cook on the charcoal grill for about 1 hour.
