For barbecue skewers with summer salad, cut the meat into cubes of about 2 cm. Cut frankfurters into equally large pieces and wrap with a slice of bacon. Thread alternately onto skewers and cook on charcoal grill.

For the summer salad, wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Halve the tomatoes, cut the radishes into sticks, clean the peppers and cut them into cubes. Mix with onions, garlic, olives and capers. Marinate the salad with vinegar and oil, salt and pepper.
