Instructions:

For the Bircher muesli, let the oat flakes steep in the skim milk for about 2 hours. Then mix with the walnut kernels, orange fillets, honey, banana pieces, skim milk, juice of one lemon and the coarsely grated apples. Add the whipped cream.

Decorate with strawberries and orange fillets (or fruits of the season) and refine with mint.
