Instructions:

Sprinkle the bottom of a shallow, large saucepan with the sugar and heat until the sugar melts. Immediately add the onion and some of the garlic and stir until the onions are lightly coated with the browned sugar. Add the piece of butter and let the whole thing turn golden. Later, fold in the paradeis pulp and sweat it lightly as well.

Stir in the chili peppers.

Pour olive oil and add the diced peppers and sauté a little.

Add the zucchini and the rest of the garlic and cook with the lid on for about 45 minutes.

stew. Season with thyme and salt in between.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
