For the salmon pancakes, first prepare the pancakes. Mix milk, flour, eggs with a pinch of salt and let rest for 10 minutes. Melt butter in a pan and bake pancakes and let cool.

Spread the pancakes with herb cream cheese, place salmon and lettuce on one half and roll up. Cut into pieces about 4 – 5 cm long.
