Fully the recipe is called: pancakes according to Kssroly Gundel.

For the pancakes, mix egg, sugar and half of the milk with a hand mixer. Fold in flour by the tablespoonful. Add remaining milk until a smooth, viscous batter forms. Let dough rest for 10 minutes. Heat frying pan with oil, bake four large, narrow pancakes in it, roll them up one by one.

For the nut filling, soak raisins in rum for one night. Boil whipping cream and add chopped sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and raisins. Mix everything well and let it boil briefly over medium heat. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk.

For the sauce, chop or grate the chocolate. Boil 50 ml of milk with sugar, then let the chopped choc melt while stirring continuously, keep warm in a water bath. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and refrigerate until serving.

To finish: spread the raisin-nut filling into the pancakes and roll them up. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate sauce, which is kept warm, and serve in a separate dessert dish with the pancakes.
