Instructions:

Place flour in a large enough bowl. Press a bulge in the center, pour in salt, water and eggs. Stir from the center to form a smooth dough, let sit for 30 min.

Boil water with salt in a large saucepan. Spätzle dough in batches on a spaetzle board rinsed with cold water Smooth. Using a kitchen knife, scrape spatulas into the boiling water and make for 5 min. Stir from time to time. When the spatulas rise to the surface, they are cooked.
