Blanch the tomatoes (briefly scald them), peel and remove the seeds. Also peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Halve and seed the bell bell pepper. Chop tomatoes, cucumber, bell bell pepper, onion and garlic very finely and mix together until a puree-like mixture is formed. Mix in tomato paste, mint and parsley. Add vinegar and olive oil and season with cayenne pepper and sea salt. Pour into small decorative bowls or dishes and serve.
