For the sauerkraut sausage strudel, sauté the sauerkraut with the diced onions in clarified butter, add the diced ham.

Add pepper, sugar and caraway seeds. Salt as needed, since the ham cubes are already spicy. Pour in water. Sauté everything over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Stir frequently to avoid burning. Roll out the strudel dough thinly or pull it thinly for those who can do it. Spread the mixture on the dough, place the sausages whole as a row of two (like a line ) and roll up.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
