Salt the chicken drumsticks and fry them in a pot in the oil. Remove and set aside.

Cut the onion into strips and fry in the same pot. When the onion has taken some color, add coconut milk, the finely chopped chili and brunch curry. Bring to a boil once.

Place the chicken drumsticks in it so that all the drumsticks are covered with the sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes with lid on medium heat. To finish, season the sauce with salt.

Bring water to a boil with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the couscous and let it swell for about 5 minutes over low heat. Add the butter and the mint and mix.

Season the finished dish with salt before serving.
