Shrimp Cocktail in Chicory Boats

Instructions:

Drain the shrimps, rinse and dry them. Drain tangerines, reserving the juice. Clean chicory, cut in half lengthwise, remove wedge-shaped stem. Rinse chicory, dry.

Cut inner leaves into tender strips.

Mix mayo with tomato ketchup, yogurt and 5 tsp tangerine juice. Season with pepper, juice of one lemon, salt and cognac. Mix shrimps, tangerines and chicory, fill into chicory boats.

Drizzle with sauce.

Serve the shrimp cocktail with white bread.

Tip: Use a regular or light yogurt, yes, as needed!
