Clean, rinse and cut the leek into rings. Remove the peel from the pumpkin, cut in half, remove the seeds, then dice. Remove the peel from the washed potatoes and dice them as well. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, sauté the leek rings in it. Now add the pumpkin and potato cubes, pour in the clear soup… Cook the soup for 45 minutes with the lid on. Now add the milk and blend everything together with a hand blender. Season with salt before serving.
