Instructions:

For the plum spot, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut the plums in half, remove the stone and cut the halves in a crown shape. Beat the soft butter with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks until fluffy.

Stir in the curd cheese, sift the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon and mix well with the almonds.

Mix everything with the curd butter mixture and spread evenly with a palette on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Cover with the prepared plums overlapping and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Let the plum patch cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
