Salt the pumpkin flesh, mix and let stand for some time. Fry onions in hot lard or butter until light yellow. Stir in paprika powder and deglaze with a dash of vinegar. Add garlic with well squeezed pumpkin and stew covered until soft. Whisk flour with sour cream and some pumpkin liquid and thicken the vegetables with it. Continue to simmer for about 10 minutes and finish with dill tips. Finally, season to taste.
