For the pancakes with jam, mix all ingredients into a dough. Heat oil in a frying pan. Portion some batter into the pan and bake pancakes on one side for about 2 minutes.

Turn pancakes and let them finish baking on the other side for about 2 minutes. Spread with jam, roll up and serve the pancakes with jam sprinkled with powdered sugar as desired.
