For the ratatouille of grilled vegetables, first peel raw peppers, remove the core and cut into pieces. Slice the zucchini, also peel and slice the melanzani and onion. Salt and pepper all vegetables, drizzle with a little olive oil, grill on both sides. Boil down the tomatoes with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and sugar. Strain tomatoes, mix with grilled vegetables and heat again briefly. Season the grilled vegetable ratatouille with chopped rosemary, thyme and sage.
